As a general rule, our warranty is honoured through a free re-repair or part replacement rather than a cash refund — this page explains the specific situations where a refund applies instead.

If the specific fault we diagnosed and repaired recurs within the 90-day warranty period, we'll fix it again at no additional charge for parts or labor. If, after a genuine second attempt, we're unable to resolve the original issue, we'll discuss a refund of the repair charge for that specific job (the ₹499 diagnosis fee is not part of this, since the diagnosis itself was correctly performed).
If a part we supplied and fitted fails on its own within the warranty period (not due to damage, drops, or spills afterward), we will replace it free of charge. A cash refund in place of replacement is considered case by case, generally where a suitable replacement part genuinely isn't available.
If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, the ₹499 diagnosis fee is payable (see our Billing Policy) and is not refundable, since that service was completed. Any separate advance paid toward parts or repair work is refunded in full if you cancel before we've ordered a part specifically for your device — see our Terms & Conditions for the exception once a part has already been procured for you.
Outside the specific situations above, we don't offer cash refunds — our commitment is a working repair, backed by the 90-day warranty on the part and labor. This means we won't refund a completed, working repair simply because you've changed your mind, and we won't refund the diagnosis fee once the diagnosis has been carried out.
