When you submit the booking form, the contact form, or the business enquiry form, we collect:
We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website — we don't process online payments here. Any advance or repair payment is handled in person or via UPI/cash directly with us.
Solely to process your repair booking or business enquiry: to call you back, confirm a pickup or drop-off time, quote and carry out the repair or service you asked about, and send you a confirmation of your ticket or enquiry number.
Your submission is stored in our database, hosted by Neon (a PostgreSQL database provider), and is also sent to us by email so we can act on it. To run this website and process your submission, we rely on these third-party services:
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with any other third party beyond what's needed to run the service above.
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, honour the repair warranty period, and meet any legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your record at any time (see section 6).
Google Analytics and tawk.to may set their own cookies in your browser to function (for example, to remember an ongoing chat session, or to avoid double-counting a visit). We don't set any first-party tracking cookies of our own beyond what's needed for the site to work.
You can ask us — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. We'll action this within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons (for example, a repair invoice).
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can be sent to info@mojorepair.com or +91 83838 61528.
